INTIX Resale Facility Seller’s Guide
NOTE: After an event has sold out, Event Organisers may elect to use INTIX’s Resale Facility to allow customers who are unable to attend to sell their tickets at face value. The Resale Facility is only available at the discretion of the Event Organiser.
1. To offer your ticket(s) for resale log in to your account.
2. Enter the email address you used when you purchased your tickets and also your password and click SUBMIT.
3. Once you have logged into your account, click View Order for the tickets you want to sell, then click Sell Ticket.
4. Follow the steps on this page to offer your unwanted tickets for resale. Be extremely careful to select the correct ticket as this CAN’T BE CHANGED later on.
Tickets can only be offered for resale by the original purchaser of the tickets. If you are a ticket holder and wish to offer your ticket for resale, you will need to arrange the resale of your ticket with the original purchaser of the tickets whose INTIX account was used for the purchase.
You can check the status of your tickets offered for resale by logging in to your INTIX account, and viewing your tickets.
You will be notified via email once your ticket has been resold and purchased by another customer. You will also receive a refund notification via email, however, the funds may take 3 business days to appear on your credit card statement used for the purchase.
Sellers cannot nominate a preferred purchaser. Returned tickets go into a general ‘pool’ available for purchase by other, unknown persons.
Your ticket has your name and date of birth on it, which means it is strictly non-transferable to another person. Any ticket sold by any means other than the official INTIX Resale Facility will be invalid for use as the name of the ticket holder will not match the INTIX database. Tickets resold, or offered for resale, in an unauthorised manner may result in all tickets in the order being cancelled without refund, along with all ticket holders being refused entry to the venue. This includes tickets offered for resale via online sites such as Viagogo, eBay or Gumtree.
Refunds are not guaranteed and you will only get your money back if your ticket is purchased by another fan. Until they are re-sold, the tickets remain your property and no funds are owed to you. If your ticket gets purchased by another fan, we will refund the original ticket price (less booking fees) to the original credit card used to purchase.
If your credit card has been cancelled or expired since you originally purchased the tickets you will receive an email asking you to contact INTIX Ticket Support. Ticket Support will ask for your bank details and will arrange a manual refund into your bank account. This can take up to 2 weeks for the refund to be processed.
No. Tickets are only offered for resale at face value.
DO NOT SELL VIA THIRD PARTY SITES SUCH AS – VIAGOGO, TICKETMASTER RESALE, TIXEL, GUMTREE, FACEBOOK OR EBAY.
EVENT ORGANISERS HAVE NO OBLIGATION TO HONOUR TICKETS PURCHASED VIA UNAUTHORISED RE-SELLERS AND THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT THE EVENT.
ANYONE FOUND TO BE TICKET SCALPING OR SELLING FOR MORE THAN FACE VALUE WILL HAVE TICKET CANCELLED WITHOUT NOTICE.
INTIX will continue to try and drive scalpers out of this industry and ensure our customers receive value for money and a ticket we will guarantee is 100% real.
If you can’t attend give another music lover a chance to enjoy the event without being ripped off, keep your ticket KARMA at 100% !!
